Job Description

As a housekeeping/room attendant, your responsibility is providing the highest standards set and cleanliness experience in the rooms of our high end 5* hotels in the area of in the centre of Amsterdam.

Every day you will deliver an excellent guest experience in our 5* hotels while managing guest requests in a timely manner and always with your beautiful smile.

On a daily base you will clean rooms. This means; making the beds, replacing bed linen, cleaning the bathrooms, vacuum the whole rooms and more. Because of this you need to be fit; your job is a physical role: you are all the time on your feet. The job is intensive, but we make sure that the environment in which you will work will be pleasant; that’s why it is a 5* hotel.

What does your work consist of?

  • Clean guest bedrooms according to the applicable standards
  • Making up the beds
  • Vacuuming carpets and mops hard floors
  • Dusting and cleaning furniture
  • Refilling amenities: coffee, tea, shampoo, soaps etc.
  • Filling the minibar
  • Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
