Are you excited about delivering the best hotel experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Public Area Attendant ensures the cleanliness and perfection of the guest areas of the hotel and other cleaning duties as assigned. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Guest Room Attendants to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What does your work consist of?
- Cleaning, vacuuming and keeping public areas tidy, such as toilets, entrance, restaurant, halls, hotel corridors, etc.
- Cleaning windows, doors, furniture
- Taking care of / storing the clean linen
- Carrying out small jobs in hotel rooms in the absence of the housekeeping department
- First week training about work
- Basic English language skills
- Assists with guestroom cleaning as needed
- Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner
